Legal information

Last updated: 2026-10-07

Draft: this page is being finalized. Items shown in red must be completed before the public opening.

This page gathers the legal notice, the terms for buyers and sellers, the payment, refund and privacy rules. Digital Hub is an online marketplace: independent sellers publish and sell their own Roblox resources, and Digital Hub provides the platform.

1. Presentation and definitions

Digital Hub (“the Platform”) is an online marketplace for digital resources made for Roblox developers: scripts, user interfaces, models, maps, effects, audio, tools and templates.

Digital Hub is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of its owner.

  • “Buyer”: any person who buys or downloads a product.
  • “Seller”: any person who publishes products on the Platform.
  • “Operator”: the person publishing the Platform, identified in the publisher and hosting section.
  • “Product”: a digital resource offered by a Seller.

2. Terms of use for buyers

The sale contract for a Product is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller who offers it. Digital Hub provides the Platform, the checkout and the secure delivery, and reviews Products before publication, but is not the seller of the Products unless clearly stated.

To buy or download, you create an account with a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

Each Product shows its price, its license, its compatibility and what it contains. The license granted is the one displayed on the product page. Unless the license says otherwise, you may not resell or redistribute the Product.

Downloads are for your own use. Sharing paid files, bypassing the download protection or reselling Products can lead to the closure of your account.

3. Accounts and security

One person, one account. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.

We may suspend or close an account in case of fraud, abuse, a breach of these terms or a legal obligation, with a reason given when the law allows it. You can close your own account at any time by writing to the contact address.

Contact us immediately if you think your account was used without your permission.

4. Terms for sellers

To sell, you apply for a seller account. Digital Hub reviews every shop and every Product before it is published and may refuse, ask for changes, suspend or remove a shop or a Product, with a reason given and a way to reply.

You may only sell work you created or for which you hold the rights to sell it under the license you grant. You guarantee that your Products do not infringe anyone’s rights, contain no malicious code, backdoor or hidden remote loading, and that your description is accurate.

You set your prices and your license, deliver a file that matches the description and give reasonable support. A Product that is changed after publication is reviewed again.

Commission: the standard commission of Digital Hub is 10% of the Product price (after discounts, excluding taxes collected separately, and before payment processing fees). Sellers invited by Digital Hub get the rate stated in their invitation. The applicable rate is shown before you confirm your application and on your dashboard. Payment processing fees are separate and are borne by the Seller. A change of rate applies to future orders only, with prior notice; an order keeps the rate in force when it was placed.

Payouts are made through the payment provider after identity verification by that provider. Digital Hub does not hold your identity documents. Minors may only sell with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, as required by the payment provider.

  • Not allowed: stolen, leaked or pirated work, work using other people’s brands or content without permission, malware, cheats, exploits, Robux, accounts or items of the Roblox platform, and misleading or non-deliverable products.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Payments are processed by a payment provider; Digital Hub never sees or stores your full card number.

Taxes (such as VAT on digital products) are handled according to the applicable rules and the information given at checkout. The Seller issues the invoice for the Product; the commission of Digital Hub is invoiced to the Seller. A payment receipt is not necessarily a complete invoice.

6. Delivery, withdrawal and refunds

Digital content is made available for download right after payment.

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once the download has started, only if you gave your express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. This consent is requested at checkout and recorded.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity: if a Product does not match its description or does not work as described, contact the Seller or Digital Hub, which helps resolve the case, and a refund may be granted.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method. When a sale is refunded, the corresponding access can be withdrawn.

7. Problems between buyers and sellers

If you have a problem with a Product, start by contacting the Seller through the Platform: most questions about installation, compatibility or a missing file are solved quickly this way.

If you cannot agree, write to the contact address with your order reference and a description of the problem. Digital Hub looks at the facts, can ask both sides for details and helps reach a fair solution, which may include a fix, a replacement or a refund.

Please keep exchanges polite. Threats, insults and public pressure on a Seller or a Buyer are not accepted and can lead to the closure of an account.

8. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to every visit and every use of the Platform, whether you only browse, create an account, buy, download or sell. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you have read them.

Some parts, such as the seller rules, only concern people who open a shop. When two rules seem to conflict, the more specific rule applies.

9. Who can use the Platform

You can browse the Platform freely. To create an account you must be old enough to do so in your country, or have the agreement of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts created with false information, by automated means or to get around a previous suspension can be closed.

10. Creating and keeping an account

An account needs a valid email address and a password. Please use an address you can access: it is used to recover your account and to send service messages.

Keep your details up to date. If your email address changes, update it in your account settings so that you do not lose access to your purchases.

11. Password and login security

Choose a long and unique password and do not share it. We store passwords in a protected form and never ask for them by email, chat or ticket.

If you suspect that someone else has access to your account, change your password and contact us right away.

12. Closing your account

You can ask to close your account at any time. Access to purchased files ends with the account, so download what you need first.

Some data must be kept for the legal periods that apply, for example accounting records, even after the account is closed.

13. Free products

Free products are published by sellers who choose to share their work at no cost. You need an account to download them, and the license shown on the page still applies.

A free product is not a product without rules: it can be reported, reviewed and removed like any other.

15. What a product page must show

A product page must clearly describe what the product does, what is included, how to install it, which version it is and its known limits. Images must show the real product.

If a page does not match the file you receive, report it: sellers must correct or withdraw misleading pages.

16. License types explained

The license is the most important line of a product page. It states where and how you may use the product: in one experience or in many, alone or with a team, with or without changing it, and whether you may resell it.

Read it before buying. If a license is unclear, ask the seller before you pay, because the license that applies is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

17. Using products in games that earn money

Most licenses allow you to use a product in a Roblox experience that earns Robux or real money, but this is not automatic. Check the license for any limit on commercial use.

Using a product outside its license can lead to a takedown request by the seller and to the closure of your account.

18. Credits and attribution

Some licenses ask you to credit the creator. When this is the case, the page says how. Please follow it: credit is the creator’s reward for sharing their work at a low price or for free.

19. No redistribution or resale

Unless the license says otherwise, you may not share, give away, upload elsewhere or resell a product, whether in whole or in part, and you may not sell products that are only slightly changed.

Selling a product as a template is allowed only if the license clearly permits it.

20. Updates and versions

Sellers can publish new versions of a product. A new version is reviewed again before it replaces the previous one.

Whether an update is free or paid is decided by the seller and must be stated on the product page.

21. Support from sellers

Sellers are expected to answer questions about their products in a reasonable time. Support does not include custom work or free changes unless the seller offers it.

If a seller does not answer, tell us and we will look at the case.

22. How products are reviewed

Every shop and every product is checked by a person before it goes live. We look at the page, the images, the license, the file and the price.

A product that is modified after publication is checked again. Reviews are done as quickly as possible but may take a few days at busy times.

23. What we check in a product

We check that the product works as described, that the file is safe and complete, that the images are real, that the license is clear and that the seller has the right to sell it.

We also check that the description is honest and that the product is useful for developers.

24. Content that is not allowed

Not allowed: stolen or leaked work, content copied from other creators, hacks, cheats and exploits, anything that gives access to other people’s accounts, adult or hateful content, malware, and products that promise results that cannot be delivered.

Content that breaks the Roblox rules can also be removed from the Platform.

25. Malicious or hidden code

Scripts must not contain backdoors, hidden remote code loading, data collection without disclosure, obfuscated code meant to hide what it does, or anything that harms the buyer’s experience.

If a script needs to contact an external service, the seller must say so clearly on the product page.

26. Content made with artificial intelligence

You may sell content that you made with the help of AI tools if you have the right to sell the result and if the tools’ conditions allow it. Please say so on the product page when AI plays a large part in the work.

You remain responsible for the quality and the legality of what you publish.

27. Third-party assets and open-source code

If your product contains work from others, such as open-source code, fonts, sounds or models, you must respect their licenses and mention them when they require it.

Do not sell what you are only allowed to use for free or to share under a license that forbids sales.

28. Music, sound effects and fonts

Audio and fonts are often covered by strict licenses. Sell them only if you created them or hold a license that allows you to sell or sublicense them.

Music that belongs to someone else, even if it is easy to find online, is not allowed.

29. Ratings and comments

Ratings and comments are meant to help other developers. They must be honest, respectful and based on real use. Insults, personal data and advertising are removed.

Sellers may reply, but may not pay for, force or fake ratings.

30. How moderation works

Moderation is done by the team. A decision is based on the rules of this page and on the facts we have. We try to explain what is wrong and how to fix it.

In serious cases, for example malware or fraud, we can act first and explain afterwards.

31. Reporting a problem

You can report a product, a shop, a comment or an account that does not respect the rules, by writing to the contact address or opening a ticket on our Discord server. Please add the link, a description and any evidence.

We acknowledge reports, look at them with care and keep the reporter’s identity private when we contact the person concerned.

32. Appeals

If a product, a shop or an account is refused, suspended or removed, you can reply with explanations or proof. A different member of the team looks at your answer when it is possible.

We tell you the result and the reason of the final decision.

33. Seller checks

Before a shop is approved, we may ask questions about who you are, what you make and where your work comes from. The payment provider carries out its own identity checks before any payout.

A shop that does not answer or that gives false information can be refused or suspended.

34. Rules for scripts and systems

Scripts must be readable enough for a buyer to understand what they do, must not call unknown remote code, and must state which services they use. Server and client parts must be clearly separated, and anything that saves data must say how.

35. Rules for interfaces and UI kits

A UI product must show screenshots of the real result on desktop and mobile when it supports both. Fonts and icons inside the kit must be yours or licensed for resale, and the file must explain how to change colors and text.

36. Rules for models and props

Models must be tidy: named parts, sensible pivots and no hidden scripts. If a model uses meshes or textures made by others, you must hold the right to include them. Part count and performance impact should be mentioned for large models.

37. Rules for maps and environments

A map product must say its size, its part count, whether it is ready to play or only a visual scene, and what is included (spawns, lighting, sounds). Content copied from other games or from real private places is not allowed.

38. Rules for characters, rigs and animations

Rigs and animations must work with the rig type stated on the page. Likenesses of real people, existing characters or brands are not allowed without proof of permission.

39. Rules for effects and materials

Effects must say their cost on performance and the devices they were tested on. Textures and materials must be original or properly licensed, with no watermark and no copied game assets.

40. Rules for audio products

Audio must come with proof of the right to sell it, such as your own creation or a license that allows sublicensing. The page must give the duration, format and whether loops are seamless.

41. Rules for tools and plugins

A plugin must say which permissions it asks for and why, must not read or send data that the buyer did not expect, and must work without hidden network calls. Tools that touch accounts or other people’s places are not allowed.

42. Rules for game templates

A template must be a real starting point that runs without errors. The page must list the included systems, what has to be replaced before publishing and whether the buyer may publish the result as a game.

43. Rules for guides and documentation

Guides must be your own work, accurate and up to date with the version they describe. Copying tutorials, courses or the official Roblox documentation is not allowed, but you may link to them.

44. Rules for bundles

A bundle groups products from the same seller at a clearer price. Every item must be listed, each item must respect the rules, and the bundle must really contain more than what is sold separately for the same price.

45. Pricing guidelines

You choose your price within the minimum set on the Platform. A price must reflect the product shown: do not raise a price artificially to show a fake discount.

46. Discounts and sales

A discount must be real. If you show a crossed-out price, it must be a price that you really charged recently for the same product. Limited-time offers must state their end date.

47. Changing a product from free to paid

You may change the price of a product, but people who already got it for free keep their access and license. Do not remove free access that you promised as part of an offer.

48. Titles and descriptions

A title says what the product is, without keyword stuffing or the names of other brands. A description is written for developers: what it does, how to use it, what is inside and what it does not do.

49. Images and previews

Preview images must show the product itself. Do not use images from other products, renders that do not match the file or misleading before-and-after pictures.

50. Videos and demos

A demo video must show the real product working in Roblox Studio or in a game. Music in a video must be licensed, and a video must not hide the limits of the product.

51. Tags and search

Tags help people find your product. Use a few accurate tags; unrelated or very popular tags added only for visibility can be removed and repeated abuse can be sanctioned.

52. Changelogs and version notes

When you publish a new version, say what changed: fixes, new features and anything that can break existing projects. Buyers should never discover a breaking change by surprise.

53. Compatibility labels

Mark which Roblox features your product needs, such as a specific rig type, a service or a Studio setting. If a Roblox update breaks your product, fix it or update the page within a reasonable time.

54. Transferring a shop or a product

A shop or a product cannot be sold or handed to someone else without our agreement, because the identity checks and the license history are linked to the original seller.

55. Shops run by a team

A shop can be run by several people, but one person is the account holder and is responsible for it. The team must agree among themselves on who owns what, as we cannot settle internal disagreements.

56. Collaborations and shared work

If a product was made by several creators, all of them must agree to sell it, and the seller is responsible for sharing the income. We do not split payouts between several people.

57. Custom work and commissions

The Platform sells ready-made products. Custom work and commissions are arranged outside the Platform and are not covered by these terms, so be careful and keep written proof of any agreement.

58. Use in education

Teachers and schools can buy products for teaching. Unless the license says otherwise, a license is for one person or one team, so a class of many students needs the right license.

59. Open-source products

You can sell products that include open-source code if you respect its license, keep the required notices and do not claim that you wrote it. If the license forces you to share your changes, you must do so.

60. No scraping and no AI training

You may not copy products or pages in bulk, nor use the content of the Platform to train artificial intelligence models, unless the license of a specific product clearly allows it.

61. Reverse engineering and removing protections

You may not try to bypass download protections, remove license notices, decompile protected content or disable the checks of the Platform.

62. Team and studio licenses

A team license says how many people can use the product and for how long. When your team changes, the license stays with the studio only if the license page says so.

63. Using a product in several experiences

Using a product in several experiences is allowed only if the license says so. If the license is for one experience, each new experience needs its own license.

64. Uploading products to Roblox libraries

Do not upload products you bought to public libraries or marketplaces of Roblox or others, because this would give everyone access to paid work and breaks the license.

65. What happens if a license is broken

If a product is found in a place where the license does not allow it, the seller can report it. We can warn the buyer, ask for removal and, in serious or repeated cases, close the account and remove access.

66. A checklist before you buy

Read the description and the license, look at the version and the compatibility, check the seller’s other products, test in a copy of your project and keep your order reference in case you need help.

67. A checklist before you publish

Test your product from a clean project, write the installation steps, add real images, choose the right license, check that the file has no leftover personal data or private keys and read the rules once more.

68. Installing a product safely

Open downloaded files in a separate place first. Look at the scripts, check which services they call, and remove anything that you do not understand before using the product in a live game.

69. Testing before going live

Test every product with real players in a private server before publishing your game. We review products, but we cannot test them in your specific game.

70. Keep your own backups

Always keep a backup of your projects and of the files you buy. A product can be updated or removed, and the Platform cannot restore a project you lost.

71. Performance and quality

Products should not slow a game down without saying so. Heavy products must say it clearly, and a product that makes a game unplayable can be asked to be fixed or removed.

72. Languages inside products

If your product contains text for players, say which languages it supports and how to change them. Machine-translated text must be marked so that buyers know what to expect.

73. Accessible products

When possible, interfaces should allow readable text sizes, strong contrast and support for different input devices. Mention it on the page if your product does this, because many developers look for it.

74. Content for a young audience

Many people who use Roblox are young. Products must be suitable for the age ratings of Roblox and must not contain violence, sexual content, gambling mechanics aimed at children or manipulative design.

75. Seller payouts

Payouts are made by the payment provider to the account you connect, according to its schedule and checks. Digital Hub does not hold your money and cannot speed up a payout.

Some amounts may be held for a time by the provider, for example in case of a refund or a dispute.

76. Publisher, hosting and technical providers

The Platform is published by the Operator identified below, who can be contacted at the email address shown. The Platform runs on the hosting and network providers listed below.

Brand: Digital Hub; Operator: [to be completed]; Status: Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entrepreneur); Address: [to be completed]; Registration (SIREN/SIRET): [to be completed]; VAT: [to be completed]; Contact: [email protected]; Telephone: [to be completed]; Publication director: [to be completed]; Hosting provider: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Oracle Corporation); Host address: [to be completed]; Network provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS, tunnel and protection); Consumer mediator: [to be completed].

77. Seller taxes and invoices

Sellers are responsible for declaring and paying the taxes that apply to their income, and for issuing the invoices that the law requires in their situation.

Digital Hub does not give tax advice. If you are unsure, ask an accountant or the tax office of your country.

78. Refunds on a seller’s sales

When a refund is granted, the amount comes from the corresponding sale and the commission related to it is adjusted. The buyer’s access can be removed.

Sellers are encouraged to answer quickly: a clear and fair answer avoids most disputes.

79. Disputes with the card issuer

A buyer may dispute a payment with their bank. The payment provider then asks for evidence and decides according to its own rules. We help by providing the order history and delivery proof we hold.

Repeated disputes can lead to the suspension of a shop.

80. Behavior of sellers

Be clear, polite and honest with buyers. Do not ask buyers to pay outside the Platform, do not send unwanted messages, and do not use buyers’ details for anything other than the order.

Do not copy other sellers’ pages, images or descriptions.

81. Shop pages and branding

Your shop page can show a name, a short presentation and your products. The name must not imitate another shop, a brand or a well-known person, and must not be misleading.

We can ask you to change a name or a picture that does not respect these rules.

82. Roblox names and logos

Digital Hub is independent from Roblox Corporation. Do not suggest that a product or a shop is official, approved or sponsored by Roblox.

Names and logos of Roblox may only be used the way their owner allows.

83. Downloads and file protection

Files are stored privately and can only be downloaded by people who have access to the product. Download links are personal and may expire.

Please do not share your links or your account: protecting the sellers’ work is what makes the Platform fair.

84. Safety of uploaded files

Files uploaded by sellers are checked before publication, but no check is perfect. Always test a product in a separate project before using it in your real game.

If you find a file that looks dangerous, stop using it and report it immediately.

85. How we protect your data

We limit who can access data, store passwords in a protected form, use encrypted connections and keep backups. No system is perfectly safe, so we also try to detect and handle problems quickly.

If a breach affects your data, we inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

86. Cookies in detail

Essential cookies keep you logged in, remember your language and protect forms against abuse. They do not need your consent because the Platform could not work without them.

We do not use advertising cookies. If we add optional tracking in the future, we will ask for your choice first.

87. Audience measurement

We measure visits in an anonymous way to understand which pages are useful and to fix problems. The measurement respects the “Do Not Track” signal and does not build a profile of you.

Visits from the team and from automated programs are not counted.

88. How long we keep data

Account data is kept while the account exists. Order and payment records are kept for the legal accounting periods. Support messages are kept as long as needed to handle the case and to defend our rights.

After that, data is deleted or made anonymous.

89. Where your data is processed

Our providers can process data in several countries. When data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the protections recognized by the law, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

90. Your rights over your data

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, limit its use or object to some uses. You can also ask for your data in a usable format.

Write to the contact address. We answer within one month, and we may ask you to prove who you are to protect your account.

91. Emails we send

We send service emails, such as account, security and order messages. They cannot be switched off while you have an account.

We send news or offers only if you agreed to it, and every message lets you stop them.

92. Accessibility

We want the Platform to be usable by as many people as possible: readable text, keyboard navigation, clear contrasts and descriptions for images. If you find something that blocks you, tell us and we will try to fix it.

93. Languages and translations

The Platform is available in several languages. Translations help you understand the pages, but the French and English versions of these terms are the reference ones.

Product pages are written by sellers in the language they choose.

94. Currency and conversion

Prices are shown in US dollars. If your bank or your wallet uses another currency, the amount can be converted and your bank may add fees. Those fees are not controlled by us.

95. Taxes for buyers

Taxes such as VAT may be added to the price depending on your country and on the rules for digital products. When they apply, they are shown before you confirm the payment.

96. Preventing fraud

To protect buyers and sellers, we can check unusual activity, limit some actions, ask for more information or cancel an order that looks fraudulent.

We only use the data we need for this purpose.

97. Availability and maintenance

The Platform can be unavailable for maintenance, updates or for reasons outside our control. We try to warn you in advance when we can and to restore the service quickly.

98. New and experimental features

New features may be offered in a test version. They can change, be limited or be withdrawn, and may contain errors. We will tell you when a feature is still a test.

100. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or a failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as a major breakdown of a provider, a network attack, a natural disaster or a decision of the authorities.

101. If a rule is not valid

If a part of these terms is found invalid or cannot be applied, the rest stays in force. A part that we do not apply immediately can still be applied later.

102. Contact and complaints

For any question or complaint, write to the contact address with your account email and a clear description. We answer as soon as we can, usually within a few days.

If we cannot find a solution together, the options described in the liability and applicable law section are available to you.

103. Who you are buying from

Each product page shows the shop that sells it. The sale contract is concluded with that seller. When a seller declares that they act as a professional, consumer law on distance sales applies to the sale; when they act as a private person, it may not.

Digital Hub collects the identity and contact details of sellers and checks them before a shop is approved, as the rules for online marketplaces require.

104. Notice of changes for sellers

When we change the seller terms, we tell sellers in advance, by email or on their dashboard, with a notice of at least 15 days. A seller who disagrees can close their shop during this period without penalty.

A shorter notice can apply only when the law requires an immediate change or to deal with a serious risk, such as fraud or security.

105. Reasons given for restrictions and removals

When we refuse, restrict, suspend or remove a product, a shop or an account, we send the concerned person a statement of the reasons: what was decided, which rule applies and what facts led to it, unless the law forbids us to give it.

You can reply or ask for a new review, as explained in the appeals section.

106. Complaint handling

Sellers and buyers can send a complaint about a decision or a behavior of the Platform to the contact address. We confirm receipt, look at it seriously and answer with reasons, usually within two weeks.

This process is free. It does not prevent you from going to a mediator or a court.

107. Different conditions for some sellers

Digital Hub can offer different conditions to some sellers, for example a special commission rate for sellers who joined at the launch or by invitation. These conditions are written in the invitation and shown on the seller’s dashboard.

They do not change how products are ranked or reviewed: ranking and moderation follow the same rules for everyone.

108. Point of contact for authorities and users

Authorities, buyers and sellers can reach us at the contact address given in the legal notice, in French or in English. Requests from authorities are handled according to the law and, when required, the concerned user is informed.

109. Reporting a security problem

If you find a security flaw on the Platform, tell us privately through the contact address before sharing it. Please do not access other people’s data or disturb the service. We thank people who report responsibly.

110. If your account is compromised

Change your password, tell us at once and check your purchases and your shop. We can freeze an account to protect it and help you to recover access after checking who you are.

111. Protecting your account

Use a unique password and a password manager. When extra login protection is offered by the Platform, turn it on, especially for shops that receive payouts.

112. Beware of phishing

We never ask for your password, your payment details or a code by message. Links that claim to come from Digital Hub should lead to its official website. If in doubt, do not click and tell us.

113. Impersonating the team

Pretending to be a member of the team or a seller in order to get money, files or accounts is forbidden and can be reported to the authorities.

114. Sanctions and export rules

The Platform cannot be used by people or organizations that are prohibited by the sanctions and export rules that apply to us. We may restrict access where the law requires it.

115. Roblox rules still apply

Using a product in Roblox is always subject to the terms and community rules of Roblox. A product being on our Platform does not mean that Roblox approves its use in every case.

116. Our Discord community

Our Discord server has its own rules, which come in addition to these terms. Support and announcements happen there, but it is not a place to negotiate payments outside the Platform.

117. Giveaways and promotions

Giveaways and promotions run by the team have their own conditions published at the time. Sellers may not run giveaways that require buyers to give personal data or to pay.

118. Referral programs

If we offer referral rewards in the future, their conditions will be published first. Fake accounts or self-referrals will be excluded from any program.

119. Deals outside the Platform

Do not ask buyers or sellers to deal outside the Platform to avoid fees. Doing so removes the protections described in these terms and can lead to the closure of your account.

120. When a payment fails

If a payment fails, you are not charged for the order and no access is given. If you were charged but did not receive access, contact us with your order reference and we will check with the payment provider.

121. Pending payments

Some payment methods take time to confirm. Access is given when the payment is confirmed. An order that is not confirmed after a reasonable time is cancelled.

122. Pricing mistakes

If a visible mistake in a price, such as a missing digit, is found, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund it in full, so that nobody pays a price that nobody meant to set.

123. If the Platform is down during an order

If a technical problem prevents a delivery after payment, we will make the files available again as soon as possible or refund the order if that is not possible.

124. License on content you post

For reviews, comments and shop descriptions, you give the Platform the right to show them. You keep your rights, and we remove content on request when the law requires it.

125. Fairness of reviews

Reviews are not removed because they are negative. They are removed only if they break the rules, such as insults, personal data, advertising or reviews that are not based on real use.

126. Requests from authorities

We answer valid requests from judicial and administrative authorities according to the law. We only give the data that we are required to give and, when allowed, we tell the person concerned.

127. If there is a data breach

If personal data is exposed, we investigate, stop the cause, inform the authorities within the legal time and tell the people concerned if there is a risk for them, with advice on what to do.

128. Data shared between buyers and sellers

Sellers get only the information needed to deliver and support a sale, such as the buyer’s name or username. They must not use it for anything else, and must not send unwanted advertising.

129. Closing a shop

A seller can close their shop. Products are withdrawn, but buyers keep the access and license they bought. Pending payouts follow the rules of the payment provider.

130. Inactive shops

A shop with no activity and no sales for a long time may be hidden after a notice, so that buyers do not find products that are no longer supported.

131. Death or incapacity of a seller

If a seller can no longer run their shop, a representative can contact us with proof. We can close the shop and help to settle what is due, according to the law.

132. Changing names and details

You may change your display name, shop name or contact details. We may refuse a name that breaks the rules, and we keep a record of identity details that the law requires us to keep.

133. Several accounts

One person should use one account. Creating several accounts to avoid a suspension, to inflate ratings or to avoid fees is forbidden.

134. Messages between users

Messages must stay polite and related to products. Spam, unwanted advertising, harassment and attempts to get personal information are not allowed and can be reported.

136. Advertising inside products

Products must not contain hidden advertising, forced promotions or branding that was not shown on the page. If a free product carries a credit, the page must say so.

137. Donations and tips

Asking for donations in a product page is allowed only if it is clearly separate from the product and does not pressure buyers. Selling something and asking for a tip for the same thing is not allowed.

138. Digital assets and tokens

Products that sell or promote cryptocurrencies, NFTs, tokens or investments are not allowed, nor products that pretend to give money or Robux.

139. Gambling mechanics

Products with real or virtual gambling mechanics aimed at minors, or that make it easy to break the rules of Roblox on this subject, are not allowed.

140. Trading real money for in-game goods

Products designed to buy, sell or trade accounts, items or currency of Roblox or other games for real money are not allowed.

141. Exploits and security tools

Tools that help to cheat in other people’s experiences or to attack other services are not allowed. Tools that help developers protect their own game are welcome if they are described honestly.

142. Reports about dangerous files

If you think a product contains malware, report it immediately with the details. We remove it from sale while we check it and warn buyers if there is a risk.

143. Records for sellers

Sellers should keep their own records of sales, invoices and communications for the period required by the law of their country. The Platform’s dashboard helps, but it does not replace your bookkeeping.

144. Reporting content and intellectual property

To report a Product that infringes rights, is dangerous or is misleading, write to the contact address with the product link, your reasons and any evidence. We acknowledge the report, review it and decide; the Seller is informed and can reply. Repeat infringers are removed.

Rights holders can ask for the removal of infringing content by sending a precise description of the work and of the infringing content, and a statement that they are authorized to act.

145. Intellectual property of the Platform

The Platform, its design, its texts, its logo and its code belong to the Operator or to their licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Products belong to their Sellers and are licensed to Buyers under the license shown on each product page.

You keep all rights on the content you publish. By publishing it, you grant the Platform the right to display it, store it, and promote it (for example in listings and previews) for the time it is online.

146. Ranking and recommendations

Search results and category pages are ordered by relevance to the search, then by the criteria chosen by the visitor (newest, popularity, price). Seller status (invited or standard) does not influence ranking. There is no paid placement. If paid placements are added, they will be clearly labeled.

147. Technical requirements and compatibility

The Platform works with a recent version of the main web browsers and can be installed as an application from the browser. Products are made for Roblox Studio and the Roblox engine, which change often: the compatibility shown on a product page is given by the Seller and may become outdated after an update of Roblox.

Downloaded files may be archives. Always keep a copy of your work before importing a Product into your project, and test it in a separate place first.

148. Privacy and cookies

Data collected: email address, name, password (stored hashed), country and shop information for sellers, order and download history, technical data needed for security. Identity documents and bank details of sellers are collected and held by the payment provider, not by Digital Hub.

Purposes: to run your account and deliver your purchases (contract), to meet accounting and legal duties, to keep the Platform secure (legitimate interest), and to send service emails. Marketing emails are sent only with your separate consent and can be stopped at any time.

Recipients: the hosting and network providers, the payment provider and the email provider, acting for us. Data is kept as long as your account exists and for the legal retention periods (for example accounting records), then deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the processing and obtain a copy of your data. Write to the contact address; you can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Cookies: the Platform uses cookies needed for login, language and security, and anonymous audience measurement that respects the “Do Not Track” setting. Non-essential tracking is not loaded without your consent.

149. Young users

The Roblox community includes many young creators. A person under the age of digital consent in their country needs the agreement of a parent or legal guardian to create an account. Selling and receiving payouts require the involvement of a parent or legal guardian when the person is a minor, as required by the payment provider.

We do not knowingly collect data from children without that agreement. A parent or guardian can ask for the deletion of the account at any time.

150. Changes to these terms

These terms can change, for example when the Platform adds a feature or when the law changes. The version that applies is the one shown on this page on the day of your order, and its date appears at the top. For sellers, important changes are announced in advance.

151. Liability, availability and applicable law

We work to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to what the law allows, and nothing in these terms removes the mandatory rights of consumers.

These terms are governed by French law, without removing the mandatory protections of consumers resident elsewhere. Before going to court, consumers can use the consumer mediator shown in the publisher and hosting section and the European online dispute resolution platform where applicable.
